OC Team Assistant (Marketing)

 

Job responsibility:

 

  1. Assist marketing in categorizing marketing samples
  2. Update products’ information into Fragrance Land
  3. Support the organization of internal panel test and tasting sessions
  4. Arrange market samples according to regional and global requests
  5. Maintain collection bank
  6. Department administration support
  7. Other urgent requests support

 

Requirements:

  • College or bachelor degree
  • Literacy in MS Office (Words, Excel and Power Point)
  • Able to read and write in English
