Work Responsibilities:

  1. Comply with the factory's quality and food safety policies.
  2. Responsible for the physicochemical analysis and inspection of flavor products and raw materials, as well as sensory testing, ensuring accurate and timely completion of testing and analysis work.
  3. When there are abnormal situations or quality issues, be able to fully understand the situation and report it in a timely manner, and be capable of comprehensive analysis, coordination, and problem-solving.
  4. Assist in guiding other technicians in related testing.
  5. Have a certain ability to develop, search for, compare, and verify testing methods.
  6. Understand and comply with the relevant environmental health and safety operating procedures and regulations in the work.
  7. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food or Chemical Sciences
  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiar with the principles and methods of physicochemical analysis, chromatography, microbiology, etc.
  • Possess a certain ability in sensory evaluation
  • Good command of English and communication skills
  • Ability to independently analyze and solve problems
  • Knowledge of flavor and fragrance is a plus.
