As an Application Lab Assistant in our Fragrance & Beauty Division, you will report to the Application Team Leader and be responsible for preparation of fragrance applications in different bases meeting the needs of creative and development teams. Manage base and oil samples, and the corresponding development team's requests. Sound interesting? It could well be your good opportunity.

In this exciting role you will:

· Prepare fragrance applications in different bases meeting the needs of creative and development teams under guidance, and ensure the quality, precision and accuracy thereof.

· Help in updating and revising of technical documentation in the department, under guidance.

· Responsible for management of customer base inventories, internal bases and packs inventories.

· Assist in the administration of materials and laboratory organization.

· Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment.

· Administration of sample requests and fragrance oils.

· Operate and help maintain standard lab equipment.

· Perform physical-chemical measurements.

· Under supervision assist in the solving of problems in the application of fragrance to product and the improvement of existing products.

Your professional profile includes:

· Technical training or Higher Education Qualification in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or similar subject. Or have relevant industry work experience.

· Have a basic understanding of the daily chemical industry.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

· Ability to communicate in English desirable

· Knowledge of good laboratory practice and safe handling of chemicals

· Accurate record keeping and attention to detail

· Basic Chemistry knowledge

· Understanding of ISO protocols

· Basic knowledge of lab equipment and its safe usage

· Good Communication skills
