EHS Intern - Your Future Position?

 

As an EHS Intern in our Fragrance Division, you will report to the EHS Manager, and lead force to drive site EHS performance and culture forward; assist site management team to minimize EHS risks and promote employee's awareness by proper risk assessment, prioritizing, implementation, monitoring and audit and continuous improvement. Sound interesting? In this exciting role you will:

 

1. Assist on EHS documents archiving, translation, filing

2. Assist on collection and organization of training materials (videos, slides deck and other documentations)

3. Assist on organization of EHS management materials (SOP, working instruction, EHS records)

4. Assist on EHS engagement and incentive promotion doc. design

5. Assist on the purchase and inventory management of safety materials, such as personal protective equipment

6. Assist on the supervision of Hazardous Waste contractor's work and disposal arrangement

7. Other tasks assigned by the manager

 

You

Your professional profile includes:

1. Be able to work at least 2 days per week

2. Good written English, fluent in English speaking

3. Be good at MS office, excel, PPT

4. Major in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related

5. Good team spirit and communication skills
