Flavor Project Administrator -  Your Future Position?

 

As a Flavor Project Administrator in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will report to the Technical Director and support the projects administration and Technical Team daily work. Sound interesting? It could well be your good opportunity. If, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and skilled at fostering strong relationships.

 

In this exciting role you will:

  • Organize and coordinate the daily projects’ screening meeting and complete the tasking process
  • Assist Technical Director and Technical Team on administration work
  • Prepare reports to assist the projects’ management work weekly and monthly
  • Key user for Atlas Project System (Technical Team) and training the new employees to use Atlas system
  • Coordinate arrangements for visits by Overseas technical colleagues.
  • On behalf of Technical team, support and coordinate different internal process, such as (but not limited): CAPEX, consumption material purchasing, internal/External audits (technical related)

  • University degree
  • Basic business sense

  • Skillful with Microsoft PPT and Excel (can perform complex functions) applications
