Integrated Solution Specialist

Responsibilities

 

  • New sub-contractor sort according to business requirement
  • Schedule sub-contractor audit and assure timely audit program
  • Perform pre-assessments of sub-contractor
  • Perform audits according to the principles of the Global vendor quality program.
  • Monitoring of the sub-contractor’s audit follow-up and its work-off corrective action lists
  • Tolling product trial run
  • Assigned other task by line manager

 

Lead Improvement Project

 

  • Coordinate improvement project which are designed to improve the sub-contractor’s over-all performance in terms of quality system reliability and delivery performance
  • Close collaboration with sub-contractor and frequent monitoring of project progress.
  • Work with cross-function team to perform tolling product’s process design, trial run, packing, warehouse, logistic etc.
  • Comply with company policies including Quality and Food Safety, Health.
  • Provide training to internal colleague, subcontractor.

 

Education/background/Technical skill:

 

  • University degree in food/chemical/engineering
  • With minimal 5+ years relevant experience or at least 2 years in equivalent position.
  • Strong knowledge of quality audit management
  • Understanding of quality, ingredient and industrialization processes with good experience of dynamic industries with high complexity
  • Inter-cultural fitness
  • Project management skills
  • Language: English fluent in writing, reading, listening and speaking
