Jr. Account Manager, Fragrance Ingredient Business
in Shanghai, China – Your next position?
As a Jr. Account Manager – Fragrance Ingredient Business (FIB) in our Fragrance & Beauty Division, you will be responsible to deliver Profitable Business Growth with a set of clients based in China and Hong Kong. In this position you will:
- Meet the annual sales budget, profitability objectives and business goals for FIB China. The major industries you will be working with are fragrance companies (80%) and also beauty care companies (20%).
- Manage the existing clients for the existing business, but also develop the project pipelines for new opportunities.
- Manage the project pipeline, prioritize resources and anticipate and prepare for future opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders – Global accounts’ coordinators, Pricing, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory
- Manage the China local stock.
- Monitor competition activity and provide strategic input to global accounts and management.

Your professional profile includes:
- University degree, major in chemical, business or marketing are preferred
- 5 years’ account management experience, coordinating global account is a plus
- Strong customer focus mindset, result oriented, ability to learn quickly
- Be open minded and hungry for new potential. Capability to initiate and execute the project plan by leveraging internal and external source
- English fluency both in verbal and written, good office software skill (especially excel skill)
- Expected to have 20% travel
- Love customers and fragrances
