Marketing Assistant - Your Future Position?

As a Marketing Assistant in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will report to the Marketing Director and support marketing data analysis & marketing team admin for daily work. Sound interesting? It could well be your good opportunity. If, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and skilled at fostering strong relationships.

In this exciting role you will:

· Day-to-day administration of the Marketing function.

· Assist Marketing Director and Marketing Category Managers.

· Business data collection from market and websites including brand information, product information, customers and their competitors. Support to build a solid marketing competitive intelligence database.

· Periodic reporting/release of newsletters, new launches, new wins report.

· Support to facilitate monthly meetings, team events, workshops and exhibitions as required

· Contribution from China to daily news bulletin of Global Market Intelligence.

· Business deck translation for local customers as required

· Market sample purchase and coordination to ship to other countries.

· Prepare EN and CH documents for custom clear of imported/exported market samples.

· Marketing new win/new products shelf maintenance and storage

· Support printing and managing all the marketing materials. Coordination with vendors

· Coordinate arrangements for visits by Overseas Marketing colleagues.

Your professional profile includes:

· Minimum Bachelor Degree

· Basic business sense with marketing knowledge

· Good communication skill, Excellent English proficiency

· Skillful with Microsoft PPT, Word, Excel applications

· Extrovert, Passion for learning, team player, Hard working, ability to multitask, Mature
