Sales Administrator - Your Future Position?

As a Sales Administrator in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will work on support to sales team and report to the Sales Manager. Sound interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and skilled at fostering strong relationships.

In this exciting role you will:

• Internal coordination to facilitate samples and illustration
• Internal data system input and management
• Sample stock management
• Sales data recording and reports preparation and analysis
• Provide administrative support to sales manager
• Communication with clients and follow up all sorts of business activities
• Support product advertising in WeChat public account
• Assist commercial activities to prepare promotion kits for relative seminar and forum
• Logistics and admin support to sales team
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager
• Potentials to handle small accounts if necessary when available

Your professional profile includes:

• College degree or above
• Fresh graduate or over 1 year working experience
• Good communication and coordination skill
• Hard working, detail oriented
• Proactive, team player
• Willing to support attitude and customer-oriented
• Commercial sense
• Good command of English and good computer operation skills
