Sales Manager, East China at Givaudan Shanghai – Your future position?

As a Sales Manager, East China in our Taste & Wellbeing Division at Givaudan, you will report to the National Sales Director. You will develop new opportunities with International, L&R and Food Service customers; develop a solid and vigorous talent team to support our strategic growth.

You will focus on:

• Develop a feasible strategy to propel business growth with team members
• Explore networking with International, L&R and Food Service customers in East China
• Engage with team to define business opportunities for flavours, FNI and integrated solution products
• Develop strategic relationship with clients at both senior level and operation level, sophisticated in the dynamic working environment of East China.
• Play a project leader role in leading and motivating the cross-function team in daily work, ensure our resources (people, time, investment) are utilized effectively and efficiently.
• Pro-actively manage the internal stakeholders, ensure good alignment on project/customers and maximize win rate, while delivering superior customer experience.
• Lead the team to achieve annual sales target, project pipeline, and New Win Revenue
• Collaborate with peers and support team to enhance experience sharing and facilitate business success in other territories

Your professional profile includes:

• University Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
• 8-10 years' relevant experience
• Experience in Food and Beverage or related industry
• Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills
• Collaborative, and creative
• Customer-focused
