Sales Manager, Healthcare at Givaudan Shanghai – Your future position?

As a Sales Manager, Healthcare in our Taste & Wellbeing Division at Givaudan, you will report to National Sales Director. The base location is Shanghai. You will lead and achieve the growth in healthcare market, especially the Functional and Nutritional Ingredients; develop Strategy and provide ongoing support to accounts in healthcare market; develop new revenue opportunities with emerging accounts

You will focus on:

• Lead and increase the growth in healthcare market, especially the Functional and Nutritional Ingredients (FNI), responsible for business growth results of FNI China.
• Set the Directions and Strategy for healthcare market in China especially for FNI
• To be the coordinator of China FNI activities including product, quality, delivery, stock plan, programs.
• Support and help other market like food & beverage FNI sales growth.
• Achieve business targets via high-quality support to main accounts & sales team
• Develop long term strategic relationship with key accounts to promote Givaudan capabilities and implement main business initiatives.
• Explore new opportunities and categories in China healthcare market

You?

Your professional profile includes:

• Responsible, proactive team leader and player
• Bachelor degree or above with food science related major
• Above 5 years' experience managing key accounts or leadership role in healthcare market preferably. Good understanding of the healthcare market, Dietary Supplement regulations, and consumer trends
• Excellent people skills and leadership
• Good presentation skill
