Customer Service Executive (6 months contract)

Customer Service Executive (6 months contract) - Your future position?
Location: Pioneer – Singapore
Reporting to: Senior Account Manager


Essential Responsibilities / Tasks:
Work closely with the sales team to:

  • Provide core administrative services for the sales team
  • Schedule internal and external meetings for internal/external clients and your team
  • Perform all tasks relates to handling of samples – receiving, opening, decanting, registering, tracking, labelling and dispatching
  • Learn and use internal and external tools to provide support in tracking bases and samples
  • Obtain pricing info from team and create/raise pricing quotations follow by localization via internal system
  • Establish ongoing relationship with teams in the APAC region and globally to learn our priorities and apply to support

Key Expected Outcomes:

  • Manage and successfully deliver on administrative tasks without any errors
  • Improve efficiency in tasks carried out over time
  • Analyze tasks carried out to suggest improvements and workarounds


Required Qualifications:

  • At least GCE O level or equivalent
  • Adapt at using IT systems such as the Google email suite and can quickly pick up how to use internal Givaudan systems
  • Quick-learner, keen observer
  • Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and activities
  • Experience building relationships across a larger company
  • 2+ years of experience providing administrative support
