Consumer Market Insight Intern – Your future position?
Location: 1 Pioneer Turn
Reporting to: Head of Application & Creations Lab, SEA
As a CMI Intern, you will step into the industry of fragrance and beauty to gain more insights to consumer market trends, preferences, and future planning for the business. You may also get the chance to explore more about this unique industry and how your loved scents are created!
Main Responsibilities
- Based on your experiences and knowledge in market research, you will support the Market Research Team in consolidating market data and run statistical analysis to produce standard report templates
- Logistics preparation, facilitation to complete the market studies
- Gather consumer/market information from multiple internal/external sources to support the hypothesis
- Run statistical analysis on market studies to produce insights
- Uploading data reports in the internal database
- Data mining/Retrieving the reports from internal database to produce insights to meet relevant project needs
- Overall support market research to allow the team to draw new strategies and advise the business on trends
Long Term Internship project
Mini project to be assigned during your internship that helps you develop social listening, digital marketing, neuroscience understanding, or AI analytics/Data Visualisations
Main Requirements
- Familiarity with Market research tools for qualitative and quantitative techniques
- Understanding of Data Science/Analytics & Statistics – SPSS, Python, Stepwise linear regression, MatLab (preferred but not a must)
- Curiosity to learn and open mindset
