Facilities Manager- Your future position?

In this role, you will be the on-site key point of contact for employees and IFM vendor.You will Work with IFM vendor to manage and resolve hard and soft facilities operation issues. Your role is also to ensure our IFM vendor meets all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

Internal Stakeholder Management

•    Proactively engage internal stakeholders to ensure that services expectations are met
•    Build and develop effective stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
•    On-site key point of contact for IFM vendor and employees
•    Implement and ensure escalation procedures are in place and observed for problem reporting
•    Organise and manage the Givaudan’s IFM Committee

IFM Vendor Management

•    Co-ordinate and monitor the contractor management program
•    Provide advisory to IFM vendor on operational issues
•    Review monthly financial reports including the preparation of accruals and variance
•    Prepare monthly management report for Givaudan’s Management Committee and IFM committee
•    Provide feedback on the IFM’s staff and suggest relevant training to IFM
•    Administer the master data for approval process in vendor’s application
•    Negotiate the terms with IFM vendor with support from IM&S

Continuous Improvement

•    Together with stakeholders, develop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement
•    Active review of service offerings through IFM

Your professional profile includes:

•    Above 5 years’ experience in managing various soft and hard facilities
•    Candidates with training and experience from hospitality and service industries would be welcomed 
•    Exposure to office, laboratory or manufacturing environment is an advantage 
•    Knowledge of vendor management for outsourced services is preferred
•    Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business, engineering or other related field
