We are looking to strengthen our global Oral Care creative team, with an exceptional opening for an Oral Care Flavourist in Singapore, to contribute to our global strategy with a focus on business growth in Asia.

You will join a global oral care flavourist community counting some of the best creative talents and experts of the industry. Reporting to the Global Head of Oral Care, you will be responsible for creation in a local team, working with colleagues to grow business with our customers in South East Asia, and contributing via local, regional and global projects.

Your passion for ingredients and formulation, your love for consumers and customers, and your enthusiasm for growing the Oral Care category will blend perfectly with our innovation and team-working culture. You will learn, develop and collaborate with your colleagues, having the creative freedom to innovate and deliver inspiring tastes and sensations in products that touch consumers around the world.

Your role will include:

• Push taste boundaries - from fragrance and beauty, to taste and well-being; your natural curiosity will seek varied inspiration to create Oral Care flavour experiences to make people smile.

• Drive innovation - as an expert on ingredients and flavour performance you will create innovative solutions to answer customer briefs, develop and present new ideas contributing to business growth

• Build trusting relationships - you will create relationships with colleagues and customers, understanding their needs to contribute to the successful global business development of the Oral Care category.

Your professional profile includes:

• At least 3 years of creations experience in oral care

• Rich curiosity for cultures and trends influencing consumers within the Oral Care space

• In-depth understanding of flavour/perfumery materials relevant to Oral Care Formulation expertise and technical knowledge in Oral Care product category

• Demonstrated creation skills through creations sold and adopted

• Experience in olfaction and taste evaluation techniques

• Commercially minded with passion for customer/consumer interactions

• Agile learner with the ability to adapt to new situations, not afraid of new challenges
