Fragrance Coordinator (1 year Contract) - Your future position?

As the Fragrance Coordinator, Assist Category Evaluation & Gallery Management Team with daily project management and evaluation support.

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:

Assist with application sample requests, stability requests in the system.
Enter customer sample requests in the system, check sample quality with evaluator, prepare paperwork for despatch to customer, send confirmation and tracking number.
Maintain, request samples and maintain product benchmarks needed for evaluation tests.
Coordinate samples and results with Fragrance land, organize smelling sessions for new product launches evaluation.
Organize internal & panel evaluations following evaluation or customer protocols, examples include triangle tests, strength, preference test.
Prepare samples, labels etc for project purposes, GP kits and Gallery activities

You?

Your professional profile includes:

Polytechnic or bachelor degree graduate in Biology, Chemistry or related field
English: good level (written, spoken)
Minimum experience of at least 1-2 years in related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
