Fragrance Encapsulation Project and Portfolio Manager - Your future position?

Location: Pioneer, Singapore

Reporting to: Head of Downstream Delivery System

 

Main Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Coordinate to internal client briefs effectively. This includes analyzing requirements, developing innovative fragrance solutions using existing technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to develop innovative fragrance delivery systems
  • Prioritize the activities in line with the stakeholders' resources level
  • Facilitate project reviews, checkpoint meetings and progresses to top management
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to build on the team's skills and abilities
  • Ensure that full encapsulation projects & portfolio complies with all applicable laws and regulations

 

Portfolio Management

  • Manage day-to-day portfolio activities: list available and updated for all the teams, minimum stock available for business support
  • Actively support the promotion of the different portfolios
  • Analyze key performance indicators, assuring alignment with the DS strategy and taking corrective actions if needed
  • Escalate issues that threaten portfolio and project success

 

Continous Improvement

  • Ensure the continuous improvement of our products, systems and services
  • Develop and promote new ways of working

 

Professional experience:

  • 7-9 years of experience in project mangement within the Fragrance or FMCG industry
  • Potential in leading a team
