HR Intern - Your future position?

Location: Woodlands

Reporting to: HR Manager

Workplace type: On-site

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide support across all HR operational processes and activities related to training and exit clearance, relocation support and work permit relevant process.
  • Support employee engagement through different activities and multi channels
  • Conduct data analysis and handle to deliver HR related reports
  • Provide continuous improvement ideas and implement to enhance work efficiency
  • Participate in or help implement Corporate and Site projects, track progress, deadlines, and priorities of projects/ activities.
  • Provide audit preparation support
  • Provide support to HR department on other ad-hoc responsibilities
