Material Management Executive (12 months contract)

Material Management Executive, Flavour in Singapore (12 months contract) - Your future position?

Location: Woodlands, Singapore

Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager


As a Material Management Executive, Flavour with Givaudan, you will support the daily functions within Givaudan Material Management Team. In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and will also:

  • Review Customer and Affiliate orders and commitments based on Raw Material availability.
  • Manage Process Order and Prepare Production Schedule to maximize labour output, minimize cleaning costs, reduce cost variance, all while maintaining a safe and attainable production schedule.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Manufacturing, Quality and Distribution regarding fulfilment of expedites.
  • Replenish and optimize Packaging materials and work with materials planners to solve raw material issues.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planner and Customer Care on forecasting gaps so as to make Customers feel valued with order support.
  • Manage Dual role Planning, with FG Planning and Raw Material Planning scope.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience in Production Planning and Inventory Management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Teamwork, good interpersonal skills with sense of urgency
