Purpose:
The Data Analytics Head is the Commercial Business Intelligence Lead coordinating E2E data management efforts across commercial departments, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and relevance.
This role is crucial for developing and implementing tools and strategies that transform raw data into actionable business insights, supporting decision-making and strategic planning to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Owning the Data Analytics agenda for the region and making sure the business has the intel and foresight it needs to win in the market and stay ahead.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitoring Food & Beverage industry trends and customer performances.
- Market sizing, growth and assessment of the attainable potentials.
- Competitive intelligence and benchmarking.
- Tracking performance and providing business intel - Data analytics and data driven decision making (e.g. brief participation)
- Data acquisition strategy and Governance in the region including Data vendor management.
- Be the regional Change Lead for Digital Transformation streams – Insights & Foresights
- Be the regional lead for relevant Global data programs and platforms.
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting data insights effectively to diverse audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, data management, or business intelligence within a commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
