Regional Head of HR – Fragrance and Beauty APAC - Your future position?

As a member of the APAC Fragrance and Beauty Management Team and reporting directly to the Global Head of HR, Fragrance and Beauty, you will partner the business to develop and execute the regional HR agenda in alignment with the business and global HR strategy with focus on talent management & development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

  • Be a trusted partner to the Heads of the Region supporting the business growth through strategic and tactical plans to build a strong and sustainable regional organization 
  • Contribute to the development of the regional business strategy as a member of the regional leadership team
  • Lead the HR agenda for the APAC Fragrance and Beauty division covering xxx employees across commercial, manufacturing and shared services 
  • Support and drive change management for transitions for acquisitions
  • Develop and execute a regional HR strategy in alignment with business strategy and the global HR strategy ensuring effective talent acquisition, engagement, development and retention strategies are developed and executed
  • Actively work on short, mid and longer term talent and succession planning to build a strong and sustainable regional organisation both for the business and HR
  • Build, lead, inspire and develop a strong regional HR organisation
  • Ensure key global and regional HR initiatives are effectively communicated and executed in the region

Your professional profile includes:

  • Relevant University degree
  • 10+ years of HR experience in a senior position; experience in HR business partnering roles in an international and matrix organisation environment, ideally in both commercial and manufacturing environments.
  • Expertise in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills, inspiring trust and confidence from business partners.
  • Experience in leading and developing high performing HR teams.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Experience in managing employee relations challenges in APAC
