Research Associate – Your future position?
Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8
Reporting to: Research Manager

As a Research Associate, you will work in a team under the guidance of Analytical Science Manager on the flavour analysis and natural ingredients stability testings according to company's business objectives and strategy. You will apply your analytical skill and work independently on corresponding projects. 

Main Responsibilities

• Independently plan, organize, and execute complex research and technical projects especially on flavour analysis and stability testing experiment.
• Managing Digitals Tools and Pursue new approaches to research challenges
• Effectively contributes to development of research methods and technical planning regarding lab procedures/techniques.
• collaborations with other functions and stakeholders for sharing information & presentation of results.
• Provide quality technical results to customers in the context of Superior Customer Experience (SCE)
• Document research with reports and suggestions for improvement to your line manager, thereby ensuring that the projects develop successfully
• Maintain safe and clean lab environment in accordance with EHS rules and regulations.

Main Requirements

• University degree in Food Science or Chemistry with 3 years of job experience OR fresh graduate with relevant lab experience
• Good knowledge and understanding of analytical chemistry
• Well-versed in using computer programmes (Microsoft Office, Google mail, macros writing a plus)
• Lab experience in gas and liquid chromatography operation
• Experience in using Instruments and application for fat, flavour, and other natural ingredients measurement in stability testing
• Ideally no dietary restrictions, but if otherwise we welcome all applicants as well
• Good laboratory Skills & good GMP practices
