Sales Support Coordinator, Sense Colour Business Unit APAC - Your future position?
Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8
Reporting to: Key Account Manager, Sense Colour BU
In this exciting role, you will support our Sense Colour BU and gain experience collaborating on a regional level.
Main Responsibilities
- Be the back up and business support for Key Account Manager(s)
- Cultivate customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
- Prepare and maintain Customer Directories for own KAM(s) Account List
- Prepare price quotes for review by KAM before confirmation to Customers, and record prices in all Givaudan systems
- Help manage commercial projects by monitoring progress and samples, identify customer requirements and follow-up on customer submissions
- Review documents for all “In Progress” projects for weekly technical meetings
- Prepare customer presentations and service review documents where required by KAM(s)
- Participate in bi-monthly segment meetings and business reviews
- Ensure an organised service on all aspects of Customer Documentation, Questionnaires, Product Information Documents, etc.
- Prepare monthly report of New Wins in order to help transition Customer projects from scale up to production
- Investigate and help resolve customer complaints.
- Assist KAM(s) in the preparation of the Account Development Plans (ADP)
- Monitor customer market products, and brands using Global New Product Database and programmes such as Mintel, The Grocer etc
- Prepare results for Monthly review with KAM(s)
Main Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a role supporting sales manager(s)
- Experience in developing basic Account Development Plan
