As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting directly to the Regional Recruitment Solutions Manager, APAC you will be based in Singapore as member the Regional Recruitment Solutions Team for APAC, part of the Givaudan Global Business Solutions. You work in close collaboration with the business managers and manage the end to end re-cruitment process in order to recruit high quality candidates in appropriate timelines whilst respecting Givaudan’s best practices.

In this exciting role you will:

  • Manage the recruitment process and the selection of suitable candidates
  • Provide excellent recruiting and advisory service to hiring managers and HR to attract high-quality candi-dates
  • Understand talent supply and demand dynamics in key markets, review hiring needs and develop sourcing plan
  • Ensure efficient recruitment processes and work to continuously optimise the candidate experience along-side our managers, adapting recruitment processes in order to ensure effectiveness and compliance
  • Manage local vendor relationships and ensure high service levels

Your professional profile includes:

  • College degree and 3-5 years of successful experience in recruitment in a global multinational organization
  • Strong understanding in local and regional recruitment market trends
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a matrix environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Good Chinese and English language skills
