Network Supply Planner, your next position?

Reporting to the EAME Network Supply Manager, you will develop integrated supply network for respective technologies and sites; Establish methodology to manage production capacity based on forecasted demand; Improve efficiency and minimize cost; Lead SLOB processes and corrective actions; Develop metrics and solutions for improving inventory health (age, value, turns); Minimize impact on reserve; Use Site Supply Reviews to develop recommendations for solving complex supply issues and enhance capacity utilization; Mitigate Service Risks; Align best practices and training within the region; Manage Raw material long-term requirements, contracting and allocation process; Support transfers between sites.

This is a hybrid position (4 days at the office, 1 at home) based in our South Hackensack location.

 

In this exciting position, you'll work with...

  • Work in close collaboration with our Shared Service Center, customer care, demand planning, raw material planning, and planning streams/systems to ensure service level to customers
  • Improve supply network; balance capacity and inventory across the supply network
  • Propose and lead processes/ways of working for more efficiency and reduced cost
  • Project Management
  • Review slow-moving and obsolete inventory. Manage reserve projections.
  • Promote inventory policies and planning parameters
  • Develop and improve reports and tools
  • Monitor critical supply constraints & escalate supply issues
  • Product life cycle management; review changes to existing business, new/lost business, and review formulation changes to mitigate risk
  • Contribute to transfers within the region and across regions
  • Follow Givaudan procedures, guidelines, and best-practice in relevant areas including Safety; address and implement where missing
  • Accountable for Site, technology, or Regional Supply Reviews
  • Connect with other regions (operations, planning, supply)

 

You?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Related Experience in Supply Chain Management required;
  • 2+ years in a Supply Chain role or related;
  • Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Capacity Analysis, Planning processes, and supply chain best practices (i.e. APICS, continuous improvement certifications);
  • Experience in the flavor, ingredient, or fragrance industry preferred.
