Sales Support Specialist - Compliance

On this role you will provide basic regulatory, quality and document compliance support to internal and external customers in order to ensure that all documentation requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements, quality programs and corporate guidelines. 

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Documentation and Compliance Support
  • Respond to documentation requests from internal and external clients in a timely manner
  • Interface with regional and global teams to collect ingredient information required to respond to customer inquiries 
  • Use Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage data
  • Generate technical reports, statements, questionnaires and declarations for internal and external clients
  • Assist in completion of customer questionnaires as directed 
  • Interact with commercial teams as guided to provide documentation and compliance support regarding commercial ingredients 
  • Assist Regulatory and Technical Support Managers and Specialists as necessary with documentation compliance matters
  • Help identify issues relevant to commercial opportunities that require documentation and compliance support

    


Academic Background

  • University / Bachelor’s Degree in scientific or technical area (preferred Chemistry, Biochemistry, Toxicology or related degree, e.g. Pharmacology)

 

Professional Experience

  • Some previous documentation, quality or regulatory experience welcome
