Fragrance Sales Support Assistant


Based in the Sales Hub for UK Fragrance Sales, in Staines upon Thames you will provide essential administrative support to our UK Fragrances account managers and respective customers.  You will work in close collaboration with remote teams to include; Regulatory, Science & Technology and Development teams.  It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, are skilled at fostering strong relationships and take pride with accuracy.

 

As a Sales Support Assistant you will focus on:

  • Coordination of Customer Projects: You will take ownership of the logistical aspects of fragrance development projects including accurately entering and updating projects into project management system, monitoring deadlines, handling oil and illustration sample requests, organising timely and cost efficient transport of customer bases and other products or samples

 

  • Attention to Detail: You will prepare pricing quotations for Key Account Managers review and maintain the pricing system to ensure 100% accuracy

 

  • Best in Class Customer Service: you will have an excellent client intimacy approach to responding effectively and efficiently to customer enquiries and you are key in supporting the account managers in delivering the best possible solutions to our customers’ challenges.

 

  • Organisation and Facilitation: you will have an organised and structured approach with key administration tasks to include organising client events, meetings

Your professional profile includes:
•    Solid sales support and administrative experience
•    Ability to work with diverse and remote teams 
•    Proficient with IT Applications; Microsoft Office, Google apps and Project Management platforms

•    Organised, methodical and conscientious
•    Ability to deliver quality work to meet deadlines 
•    Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required
