This 12-month maternity cover opportunity within Givaudan's UK F&B commercial team offers a unique chance to work at the heart of the fragrance and beauty industry partnering with local brands and shaping ideas that touch millions of consumers every day.
Reporting directly to the UK Local & Regional Sales Director, you'll collaborate closely with Local & Regional Account Managers and your fellow Marketing Specialist, bringing together trends, insight, and client needs to deliver inspiring marketing solutions.
You'll gain hands-on exposure to strategic marketing, customer partnerships, and the day to day coordination that ensures projects run smoothly. From crafting presentations to managing administrative tasks and timelines. This role offers a rich mix of creative and practical experience that will deepen your marketing expertise and prepare you for future growth opportunities within the field, an ideal next step for someone seeking to build toward roles such as Marketing Manager over time.
Your main responsibilities will be:

Collaborate and connect – Work with the Sales Director, Account Managers, and your Marketing Specialist colleague to deliver impactful marketing presentations for UK and regional clients

Customer Interface – deliver online and face-to-face presentations, real engagement with customers

Translate trends into ideas – Monitor fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle developments and transform insights into engaging concepts and tailored customer stories

Create and communicate – Design persuasive, visually engaging materials that showcase Givaudan's creativity and innovative client solutions

Think strategically and act practically – Contribute to portfolio reviews and product gap analyses, supporting solutions that meet client and market need

Manage multiple projects – Coordinate activities and deadlines across our broad customer base and categories, maintaining strong organisation and proactive communication

Your professional profile includes:

A degree in Marketing, Business, or Design, or equivalent experience

At least 2 years' marketing experience in a B2B environment (fragrance, beauty, or FMCG is beneficial)

Advanced PowerPoint with design abilities and an eye for storytelling through visuals

A collaborative and open mindset
