Raw Material Planner


Raw Material Planner - Your future position?
As a Raw Material Planner you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and ordering raw materials used in manufacturing facility and maintain KPI targets.

Your main tasks include:

  • Follow the parameterization in SAP
  • Identify and resolve shortages through efficient scheduling to provide an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards
  • Ensure customer response on time managing realistic daily plans considering capacity and raw material availability
  • Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement
  • Track purchase orders and escalate problems
  • Communicate with relevant departments and business partners to resolve problems
  • Achieve and maintain service level targets
  • Obsolescence Control
  • Reviewing customer orders for raw materials resale demands
  • Provide mid and long-term forecast to procurement
  • Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional and global affiliates
  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly status reports and distribute
  • Receive and record vendor confirmations, file purchase order documents
  • Work with materials planners and purchasing group to resolve vendor issues
  • Manage packaging supply

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade or relevant field
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with ERP/MRP
  • Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools
  • APICS certification is nice to have
