Receptionist / Office Coordinator

Do you have a passion for food? Do you relish the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team as a General Services Administrator? This role gives you an opportunity to make this your own! A great entry role into the Global Givaudan Organisation based at our Norwest office.

Are you passionate about utilising your skills to provide excellent service to our customers? This role is a key enabler for our Oceania team providing site and administrative services to the Oceania business.  

The role will have responsibility for General housekeeping of the site, Norwest Reception duties, Corporate Travel, and Coordination of Company Events.  If you love to work autonomously, utilise your initiative and be proactive then this role is for you!

In this exciting new role, with a delivery mindset you will:

*Develop our Business: A highly self-motivated individual who wants to be engaged in this exciting journey. A key part of the role is general housekeeping and receptionist duties supporting internal stakeholders to ensure we always represent the best of Givaudan.

*Position our Services: Someone that is highly organised with attention to detail. Someone that takes initiative and wants to improve and drive the best outlook for the site and the Oceania team.  The ability to manage multiple competing tasks, communicate effectively to all levels in the business and remain action orientated.  Have a strong ability to work independently and utilise your own initiative to make key decisions. 

*Impact the bottom line:  Be an integral team member by co-ordinating all general office services including office maintenance and housekeeping, travel support, and event coordination.  This is a great opportunity to engage your senses in supporting business key events and projects.

*Service our Customers: Use your strong coordination skills to support the leadership team in executing and delivering the Oceania vision to make our workplace a great place to work.  Do you have confidence to build relationships with the senior leaders and internal stakeholders?  Do you have experience as an independent administrator? This will be highly regarded but equally important is your positive, action orientated, proactive mindset in taking initiative to get things done. Then this role may be for you.

Your professional profile includes:

*Ambitious, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and customer focused approach
*Qualification in Business Administration or relevant area
*Experience in general office support, reception duties with high level of business acumen.
*An eye for detail with a focus on continually looking to improve areas of efficiency
*Excellent verbal and written skills
*Strong professional business relationships

*Able to work autonomously and be proactive, whilst being able to work in a team and deliver results working together with others


*Professional level of presentation design and presentation skills
*Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
