Marketing Manager, Oceania – Your future position?
As a Marketing Manager with Givaudan, you will define, lead and drive the Oceania Sub-Region Taste & Wellbeing (T&W) Marketing Strategy which includes implementing Marketing projects to grow and differentiate Givaudan with customers through engagement with Oceania Sales and Technical Teams at Regional and Country levels.

 

With the support of a Marketing Executive Assistant, you will ensure improvement of organization’s market posi-tion and achievement of financial growth. You will also translate long-term organizational strategic goals into actions, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains knowledge of current market conditions.
 
You will report to Oceania Commercial Director and your main responsibilities include:

  • Define, Lead and Drive the Oceania Sub-Region Taste & Wellbeing Business / Marketing 5 Strategy. Set direction, identify growth opportunities and answer the Question "Where to Play' and "How to Win" in collaboration with Key Stakeholders.
  • Work with Regional marketing & innovation teams to identify platforms for market growth, ensuring its relation to specific Oceania customers
  • Develop proactive presentations to identify gaps, customer needs and support sales in driving inflow and opportunity growing pipelines.
  • Partner with Sales Team to develop Marketing & Growth projects which differentiate Givaudan with Oceania customer base.
  • Develop Annual Category Reviews and Plans to align and potentially course correct to 5-year strategy plans
  • Review market shares by segment and by customer
  • Review and align Taste & Wellbeing Marketing & Sales Execution plans in partnership with Sales Leader-ship
  • Ongoing market analysis of consumer trends and Taste & Wellbeing platforms
  • Work with T&W creation and application to create compelling customer submissions for high value / strategic opportunities
  • Engage with the Oceania and regional team members to ensure that organizational performance and measurements are achieved
  • Ensuring the workplace is a healthy and safe environment to work in and following all health and safety procedures
  • Givaudan Oceania Taste & Wellbeing Brand ambassador and Market liaison with Corporate communication team members

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related areas.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience within a B2B international environment.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy and principles including brand execution, commercialization of new products, and creative promotions.
  • In-depth business partnering skills to manage, influence and work with stakeholders and teams across departments or geographies
