Regulatory Specialist, Oceania - Your Future Position?
The Regulatory Specialist within the Oceania Product Safety and Regulatory Assurance (PSRA) team assures compliance of Givaudan products with the appropriate regulations of Australia and New Zealand. You will serve as a regulatory resource, providing industry-leading regulatory support to our internal commercial, technical, and operations stakeholders, and to our external customers.
You will formally report to Regulatory Manager, Oceania and your main responsibility includes:
- Work with internal commercial teams to provide regulatory support
- Provide internal customers with compliant product formulation reviews and documentation in an ex-peditious timeframe to meet global and regional commercial, creation, and research initiatives.
- Provide support to sales teams in commercialising assigned products
- Develop relationships with assigned customer contacts
- Obtain knowledge of assigned customer requirements
- Create customer documents
- Deliver on time support according to PSRA service levels and meeting customer expectations
- Identify and solve issues on commercial opportunities
- Develop, improve, and implement routine processes
- Support Halal and Kosher certification and Pharmaceutical and TGA registrations
- Assist Regulatory Managers as assigned
Your professional profile includes:
- University / Bachelor's Degree in food, biological, physical sciences or a related field
- 3+ years of regulatory experience related to food, food additives, flavourings or nutraceuticals
- Experience in the implementation of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (ANZFSC)
- Experience with Halal or kosher certification is an added advantage
