French-Speaking Credit & Collections Analyst - Your future role?

As a Credit Management and Collection Analyst in SAMEA you will handle cash collection, credit assessments and order release, make credit decisions and participate in business calls. Your work will help maximize revenue and mitigate credit risk. You will also collaborate with our sales team to maintain an effective credit control system, besides working with customers to ensure their expectations are met and their credit fits in with the current risk portfolio. In this position you will be based in Budapest and will report directly to the Credit Management & Collection Team Lead.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for:

Achieve Credit & Collection KPI goals
Research and evaluate clients' credit rating
Proactively contact Clients and Sales
Escalate & follow up the necessary actions
Making decisions about customer order release
Investigating and resolving queries both internally and externally around disputed invoices
Manage the timely and effective collection of all debts

Your professional profile includes:

1-2 years of experience working in a relevant field
Negotiation-level English (C1) and conversational-level French (B2)
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Strong analytical skills and an eye for details
High motivation and ambition
Team work
