Beverage Creation Manager in Tokyo – Your next position?

As a Beverage Creation Manager at Givaudan, you will be a manager manages the team, educates team members, gets agreement on domestic and overseas partners and leads improvement activities to achieve the business goal. • Strengthen the technical capability by adopting strategic approaches (Raise the level of the existing technical capability, Search and develop new technologies.)
• Establish the system of proposal quality improvement
• Manage projects (Improvement of work)

• You will reporting to the local technical manager

Your professional profile includes:

• At least 10 years of experience in product development for flavors or foods using flavors.
• Product development experience related to the beverage industry.
• Experience in people management for more than 5 members.
• Experience in technical project lead and management.
• Experience using English at business(Teleconference, Presentation).
• Academic Background
• Bachelor's degree in a Technical field.
• Technical Skills
• Business level in English (Daily operation, presentation, discussion…)
• Native level in Japanese
• Proficient in Microsoft

主要職務内容： 香料開発部の飲料カテゴリーチームマネジメント

ジボダン研究開発本部飲料製品開発部の香料開発チームには、現在12名のフレーバーリストが所属しています。飲料香料開発チームは主に飲料向けの香料の開発を行っているチームで、飲料に関わる全てのフレーバーアイコン(シトラス、ミルク、コーヒーなど)、及び、デリバリーシステム(パウダー、エマルション)を扱っています。

今回募集のマネージャーには、飲料香料開発チームのマネジメントを担っていただきます。

マネジャーとしてビジネス目標を達成するため、チームの適切な運営、チームメンバーの育成、及び、国内外の関係各所との調整、改善活動等を行っていただきます。

・技術力向上のための戦略的取り組み(既存技術の底上げ、新規技術の探索・開発)

・提案力向上のための仕組み構築

・プロジェクト管理（国内業務改善、リージョナル＆グローバルプロジェクト）

・人材の育成（メンバーの能力開発、及び、後継者育成）

・チームマネージメント

応募資格：

○ 以下の業務経験者

香料、または、香料を使用した食品の開発経験10年以上

RTD飲料業界に関連した開発経験

5人以上のPeople Management経験

技術プロジェクトリード、マネジメント経験

英語でのビジネス経験（電話会議、プレゼン、発言必須）

○ 学歴

大卒以上（理系学部卒）

○ 技術・資格等

PCスキル：MSオフィス（エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント）およびe-mailシステム、 ERP(MP等)

英語：ビジネスレベル

日本語：ネイティブレベル
