Jnr. Project management in Technical

  1. Work closely with the technical and marketing team to build technical strategy.
  2. Monitor and manage technical projects
  3. Execute daily operational tasks of the team, including flavor sample request, scheduling, shipment tracking, status updates and problem resolution.
  4. Identify issues, utilize resources to determine the best course of action, and implement solutions in coordination with relevant functions.
  5. Ensure accurate, efficient, and sustainable work of assistants; demonstrate a continuous improvement to the effectiveness of the process(es)
  6. Manage office and laboratory supply; develop/improve inventory management process; demonstrate a continuous improvement to the effectiveness of the process(es)
  7. Manage laboratory tours for customers, coordinate Sweet C&A and technical overview training for new employees; demonstrate a continuous improvement to the effectiveness of the process(es)
  8. Propose and coordinate improvement of office and laboratory work environment, including furniture, layouts, and decorations for efficiency and inspirations.
  9. Develop work processes to minimize error and maximize detection of errors prior to submission, within Sweet C&A laboratory; train members, monitor implementation results.
  10. Manage purchase items with IM&S (CAPEX, Work Orders (incl. maintenance), SRM, limit POs, etc.)
  11. Manage daily sample requests for Flavour raw materials; demonstrate a continuous improvement to the efficiency of the process(es)
  12. Coordinate Sweet C&A meetings and workshops, including time, place, tools, stationaries, foods, and preparation for outside speakers.
  13. Manage Flavour sample requests from customers, affiliates, collection, internal, etc.; demonstrate a continuous improvement to the efficiency of the process(es)
  14. Arrange samples of Flavour raw materials to affiliates (via own business system) and suppliers (via Procurement and/or Limit POs); demonstrate a continuous improvement to the efficiency of the process(es)
  15. Coordinate efficient disposal of Flavour and Flavour raw material stocks as needed
  16. Manage requests from other departments (e.g., QC, Planning, etc.) as an initial point of contact for Sweet C&A team
  17. Coordinate CAPEX budget-setting and on-schedule execution; demonstrate a continuous improvement to the efficiency of the process(es)
  18. Arrange accommodation, transportation, meal arrangements, visas, meeting rooms, meeting invitations, etc. as needed for visitors (Givaudan, non-Givaudan) as needed
  19. Other administrative works to support overall Japan technical team including Savoury C&A, Flavour Science, and Flavour Innovation Centre managers & teams
