主要職務内容：  飲料のアプリケーション開発、提案

シニアフードテクノロジストとして、顧客からの依頼に合わせて提案のコーディネートを行い、提案にあったアプリケーションの開発、香料の選定を行うポジションになります。

• 顧客からの依頼に最適なアプリケーションの開発、および、最適な香料の選定、添加量の検討を行う。
• 最新のテクノロジーやマーケット情報を使って、採用確率、提案の質を高める提案戦略を考え、実行する。
• 顧客へのテクニカルサービスの提供、および、技術提案を行う。
• プロジェクトの管理、リードを行う。
• グローバルアプリケーションチームと情報共有を行い、日本での技術検証、応用、活用を行う。
• 知識を共有し、チーム全体の成果向上に貢献する
• 安全衛生を遵守した職場環境の改善を行い実践する

応募資格：

○ 以下の業務経験者

•   8年以上の飲料・アルコール飲料製品開発者、または、それに準ずる業務の経験
•   食品素材、香料、飲料(酸性、中性)、アルコール飲料に関する深い知識と業務経験
•   香料選定、処方開発に必要な官能評価技術、経験
•   技術プロジェクトリード経験
•   関連部署、顧客など様々なステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、ネゴシエーション経験
•   英語でのビジネス経験（メールは業務の半分、Web会議、プレゼン、発言必須）

○ 学歴

•   食品関連の学士、または、修士取得

○ 技術・資格等

•   PCスキル：MSオフィス（エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント）およびe-mailシステム、 ERP(SAP等)
•   英語：ビジネスレベル
•   日本語：ネイティブレベル

Core Responsibilities: Beverage application development and presentation to customers.

As a senior food technologist, you are required to develop optimum application recipes and to select flavors toward customer’s requests, and to present solutions by coordinating/leading projects.

You will contribute to the growth of the company business not only individually but also by collaborating with the team members.

In this position you will:

• Develop optimum application recipes and select appropriate flavors and their dosages toward customer’s requests.
• Consider proposal strategies to increase win rate and quality of solutions by utilizing the latest technologies or market information, then execute strategies.
• Provide technical service and presenation to our customers.
• Lead and manage proactive and reactive projects.
• Exchange technical information with global application team and evaluate technologies for reapplication and utilization to Japan.
• Contribute to the business not only as an individual contributor but also as a team by sharing knowledge and outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines. 

Professional Experience

• At least 8 years of experience as a product developer for beverages/Alcohol beverages or equivalent.
• Good knowledge, experience and understanding of food ingredients, flavours, beverages(Low acid, high acid) and alcohol beverages.
• Expert tasting skills and the ability to develop beverage recipes and adjust flavor dosages that meet the flavour profile requirements of customers and consumers.
• Ability to build good relationship with customers.
• Strong project lead and management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer interface skills
• A team-focused working style

Academic Background

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent

Technical Skills

• Business level in English (Daily operation, presentation, discussion…)
• Native level in Japanese
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools

1. 勤務地：    東京本社（東京都品川区⼤崎3-6-6）　　

2. 雇用形態：         正社員（当初3ヵ月、試用期間）

3. 勤務時間：         9:00〜17:15（所定労働時間：7時間15分、途中休憩60分）

                         フレックス制度あり（コアタイム11:00~15:00）

4. 給与（年収等）：      前職収入・経験・能力等を考慮し、当社規定により決定

                         （時間外手当対象外）

     賞与 年間１回（１０%または15%、業績変動賞与）

5. 休日：     完全週休2日制（土日祝日）

     夏期、年末年始、慶弔休暇などを含め年間休日125日
