Global HRBP-Procurement & Sustainability - Your future role?

 

As the Global HR Business Partner for Procurement & Sustainability, you will lead the people agenda for Global Procurement & Global Sustainability. You will achieve this through strategic and operational HR deliverables in following areas: change management, organizational design, talent management, talent acquisition, D&I, engagement, rewards and L&D.

You will drive the 2030 functional Procurement Strategy People pillar, support the people enabler programmes of the 2030 functional Sustainability strategy. You will be the member of Procurement Leadership Team and Sustainability Leadership Team. You will ensure successful execution of annual HR processes across global teams and act as local HR Manager for the Procurement & Sustainability population in Vernier.

You will report directly to the Head of Shared Services HR and you will be based in Vernier or Kemptthal, Switzerland.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

HR Business Partner for Global Procurement & Global Sustainability

  • Act as a key HR business partner to achieve 2030 business strategy, in developing HR strategic deliverables, in particular through change management, functional upskilling and organizational design

  • Own people agenda with main focus on talent management and people development

  • Operate as a coach, adviser and counselor to senior leaders (including EC level) to drive their HR/people needs

  • Present the annual CEO Talent Review

  • Be a trusted HR advisor to senior managers, providing guidance on people-related topics across the full population in close collaboration with local HR to ensure alignment with country level labour laws

Coordination and alignment of HR deliverables and processes

  • Drive alignment between global HR projects and functional people priorities

  • Ensure excellent partnership, coordination and alignment across HR organisation

  • Participate in global HR projects

HR Manager for Procurement & Sustainability population based in Vernier

  • Provide human resources generalist support to managers and employees (based) in Vernier within the Procurement and Sustainability functions

  • Provide employee relations counsel to managers and employees on HR matters

  • Participate as a key member of the site HR team in Vernier

  • Ensure organizational compliance with Swiss employment law

 

Your professional profile:

 

  • University degree

  • Fluent in English, French is beneficial

  • 7+ years of experience in senior HRM/HRBP position

  • Coaching certification is beneficial

  • Project management and execution skills

  • Experience in driving change and transformations

  • Good mastery of Employee Relation challenges

  • Ability to work with high level of autonomy & in heavily matrix environment
