As an Industrialisation and S&OP Planning Manager (m/f/d), you act as the key link between our global Operations and Science & Technology (S&T) teams.
In this role, you will lead and coordinate industrialisation activities for our Encapsulation Technologies, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies, fragrance developments, sampling processes, and product transfers from a Supply Chain perspective. Your mission is to guarantee that all new product launches are ready on time and meet our clients' expectations, maintaining the highest standards of service excellence, delivery precision, and cross-functional collaboration
In this role, you will work closely with different Fragrance Development teams, Science & Technology, Industrialisation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Commercial, Planning, Quality Management and Purchasing.
You will be based in Vernier and report directly to the Head of Fragrance & Business Delivery Systems based in Argenteuil. Travel between these locations will happen occasionally.
You will:

Oversee the S&OP process, ensuring close coordination with Procurement, S&T, Operations, and Supply Chain teams for effective capacity planning across the production sites in alignment with global operations.

Support production and trial capacity prioritisation in coordination with S&T and Operations stakeholders to balance innovation and service delivery.

Ensure readiness for crisis management and business continuity, proactively establishing contingency plans to safeguard operations and customer service.

Contribute to the Delivery Systems strategy, defining and deploying the key pillars for business growth, simplification, and profitability improvement, while embedding these priorities into Supply Chain operations.

Drive portfolio and project reviews for the commercial pipeline, and manage Supply Chain–related projects within Delivery Systems at local, regional, and global levels.

Lead product, process and site transfers from Development and Science & Technology (S&T) to the Industrialisation and Production teams, overseeing transfer programs across internal sites (Mexico, Switzerland, Singapore) and external contract manufacturers.

Manage continuous improvement initiatives, including portfolio optimisation, sampling process enhancement, and others projects.

Lead efficiency programs in collaboration with Supply Chain teams, focusing on cost reduction, inventory optimisation, and lead-time improvement.
You?

University degree - Business Administration, Supply Chain or Engineering/Chemistry

7+ years of experience in Supply Chain or relevant field

3+ years of experience in people management or critical stakeholders' management

Experience in S&OP process, and cross-functional supply chain

Experience in the Specialty Chemistry industry

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong internal and external customer focus

Dynamic team player with a truly global mindset

Able to work in a matrix environment and to influence with diverse stakeholders

Fluency in English; French knowledge beneficial

ERP/MRP expertise. Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (SAP, BI, IBP)

Proficient in Microsoft office tools. Advanced experience with Excel/Database management
