Operations Risk Management & Manufacturing Footprint Support - Your future role?


As an Operations Risk Management (ORM) & Manufacturing Footprint Support for our Fragrance & Beauty division, you will participate to the Operations Strategic Planning in terms of maintaining a robust risk identification/mitigation structure and an efficient business continuity process together with coordinating & enabling footprint masterplans and production transfers.
In this position, reporting to the Head of Strategic Planning, you will:


  • Support the Manufacturing Footprint Manager and the Operations Risk & Business Continuity Planning Manager
  • Coordinate risk reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure business continuity preparedness across operations through trainings and simulation exercises.
  • Help coordinate the Operations Business Continuity Process whenever deemed necessary, e.g. crisis.
  • Participate to site/region master plans to ensure correct decision that fits global strategy.
  • Be part of the coordination of larger transfer studies and execution
  • Support business cases linked to larger capacity investments, integrations and acquisitions.




  • University degree in Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain or related area experience in Industry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or at least Operations
  • Interest in strategic and forward-looking work
  • Strong achievement orientation 
  • Good project management skills (collaboration, conflict management, etc)
  • Fluent in English – other languages being a valuable contribution
