As a Production Scheduler & Analyst (m/w/d) in our Planning department in Vernier (Switzerland), you will build and maintain the scheduling plan for our Ingredient production lines while collaborating with the Production planners and the Production Manager/Shift leader.
Reporting to the Fragrance Ingredients Planning Team lead, your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Establish and improve the scheduling plan by using a dedicated scheduling tool (Ortems) to deliver our ingredients on time.
- Monitor and follow-up on the WIP (Work in progress) to provide priorities to Production.
- Participate in Production unit's meetings and follow up on the decisions taken.
- Guarantee the reliability of stocks and production schedule while proposing corrective actions to achieve operational goals.
- Perform scheduling simulations to improve the production plan and anticipate production constraints. Initiate capacity analysis and take appropriate actions such as internal productions transfers.
- Define the master production plan and provide support to simulate the mid/long-term production plan (APO) in collaboration with the Planning Team Leader.
- Create, configure and maintain Master Data in SAP (new production recipe, launch of new references)
- Monitor and improve production parameters such as batch size, scheduling horizon, inventory level following our planning strategies.

Your professional profile includes:
- University degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent;
- Min. 2 years of experience in Production or Supply Chain;
- Fluent in English and French;
- Affinity to systems and analytical tools (SAP, BI, BOA);
- Scheduling tools knowledge, Delmia (Ortems) an asset;
- APICS certification an asset
- Analytical and synthesis skills
