As a KEY ACCCOUNT MANAGER, you will drive business results and budgets by implenting the strategy and account development plans, and executing  them in the market place. You will report directly to the Commercial Director for South Eastern Europe.

 

You will be based in Vienna, Austria.

 

Your role will include:

  • You will develop together with the Commercial Director and local Marketing and Technical teams your key account strategies and  development plans.
  • You will collaborate with the Commercial Director and local teams to ensure the effective translation of account strategies into the South Eastern European market, including segment strategies and their execution.
  • You will be accountable for the successful implementation of your account strategies to deliver sustainable business growth and increase market share growth, while consistenly meeting budget targets.
  • You will develop close relationship with customers on country and regional level. You will adapt and deploy global and regional promotions, capabilities and innovation according to local needs, driving customer value & sales through winning customer briefs. You will act fast on emerging business opportunities through customer-relevant value propositions.
  • You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with cusomers at both the country and regional levels. Adapt and implement global and regional promotions, capabilities, and innovations to meet local needs, thereby driving customer value and sales through winning customer briefs
  • You will respond quickly to emerging business opportunities by delivering customer- relevant value propositions.
  • This role will be based in our Vienna office.

Your professional profile includes:

  • At least BA degree in Food Technology, Economy or Marketing / Business Administration with an affinity for the food industry
  • At least 3 - 5 years of account management in B2B beverages or in food, solid understanding of account management, strategy and execution including building value propositions
  • In-depth knowledge of customer(s), strategies, initiatives, commercial needs and product launch processes, extensive knowledge of competitor activity
  • Customer-focused and results-driven
  • Prioritize and negotiate effectively
  • Manage effictively complex processes  
  • Team player, experienced in working in multidisciplinary teams in a global matrix environment
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in German is a bonus
  • Willingness to travel (70%)
