Sales Coordinator – Your future position?

As a Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) with Givaudan - the Global leader in the Taste and Wellbeing industry - you will be an important team member of our Sales team in Vienna, Austria, supporting our key accounts in the Food & Nutrition industry in South Eastern Europe. You will coordinate daily business operations, ensure top-quality customer service, and assist Key Account Managers with data analyses and business support.

 

In this position, you will:

Project Management

  • Be a primary contact for customers regarding projects, documentation, offers and order-related topics.

  • Enter and update projects and follow up with our company partners (Application, Portfolio Management, Pricing, Regulatory) to provide a fast project execution.

  • Reach out to customers with the Key Account Managers regarding project feedback.

Business coordination

  • Maintain customer price lists in cooperation with our Key Account Managers, our Pricing Department, and our customers.

  • Provide support to our customers on order-related and service topics, working with our teams to provide excellent experience and high service standards.

  • Collaborate with our Account Managers to identify and implement initiatives that improve guarantee the customers' satisfaction.

Data management

  • Lead Commercial Data management activities across the SEE region, ensuring an accurate master data maintenance inline with our internal procedures (monthly closings, annual baseline reviews).

  • Drive maintenance and improvement of underlying data to support transparent performance measurement, target setting, and fair rewarding of commercial teams.

  • Manage complex interactions with diverse partners across different locations

  • Support and train local Sales Teams, sharing best practices across the EE key user community for data management processes, and reporting.

  • Contribute to Performance Management through analyses, reporting, and insightful commentary.

  • Participate in regional projects, supporting requirement definition, system implementation, and change management efforts in collaboration with Commercial Controlling, IT and Sales Teams.

 

The professional profile we are looking for….

You bring a curious mindset and customer focus, supported by a mix of analytical and collaboration skills. You are comfortable working in, international environments and enjoy contributing to processes that make a difference.

  • High school diploma, university or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in a customer service or commercial environment

  • Fluent German speaker, fluent in English, knowledge of any Eastern European language is a bonus.

  • Service-oriented mindset, proactive, and reliable, with strong teamwork and motivational abilities.

  • Communicate collaboratively to build understanding and coordinate effectively across teams.

  • Solid knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Experience with master data management and SAP.

  • Analyze data to create meaningful insights and work in complex business settings

  • Understand of business processes and OTC (Order-to-Cash) cycle end-to-end.

  • Apply new technical or data-related tools; familiarity with complex system landscapes.
