Sales Assistant, your future role?

The Sales Assistant CP Italy will support the Key Account Managers (KAMs) in all commercial activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with customers and internal partners.

Reporting to the VP Sales Consumer Products, you will:

• Manage and administer projects.
• Handle the administration and shipping of samples.
• Maintain day-to-day communication with customers at all levels.
• Facilitate day-to-day communication with internal partners, including Regulatory, Development, and Pricing departments.
• Administer offers and prices.
• Prepare presentations for various commercial activities.

Your professional profile includes:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a commercial support role.
• High school diploma required, university degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent interpersonal relations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ambition to grow within the company.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

• English and Italian (essential). French (preferred).

• Ability to manage stress and work effectively under pressure.
• Highly organized and capable of setting priorities autonomously.
