Business Coordinator - Your future role?
As a Business Coordinator at Givaudan – the Global leader in the Taste and Wellbeing industry – you will be an important team member supporting our sales team, and managing our key accounts in the food and nutrition industry. You will be responsible for the support of the Commercial Team with business analysis, coordination of business support services and data management as well as office management and regular high-quality customer contacts.
You will be based in Warsaw, Poland (onsite role) and will report directly to the Commercial Director.

In this position you will:

Data management and key user role: You will manage Commercial data management activities in Poland and ensure and qualitative master data maintenance following internal procedures (monthly closing, annual baseline review). You will guide the maintenance of underlying data to ensure accurate and fact-based decision-making, target setting, performance measurement, and fair rewarding of commercial teams.

Office management: You will provide general administrative support to our Commercial Sales Director, which includes responsibilities related to document management, office supply, invoices as well as providing appropriate support from internal and external service providers.

Sales support: You will support Key Account Managers in all commercial activities by updating project data in our project management system, following up on timing with internal stakeholders and also directly with clients. You will act as a link between the application laboratories, sales and customers to ensure the timely delivery of samples, price quotations and product specifications.

Your professional profile includes:

Education: High-school diploma and a commercial degree or equivalent

3+ years of proven work experience in a customer services environment

In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Fluency in Polish and English
-
Knowledge of MS Excel, master data or SAP know-how
-
Understanding and managing complex processes and business environments
-
OTC Process End-to-End understanding
-
Technical Learning (experience with complex system landscape)

Service-oriented mindset, proactivity
