As a Sales Coordinator (m/f) within Givaudan – the Global leader in the Taste and Wellbeing industry – you will be an important team member supporting our European sales team in Warsaw (Poland), managing our key accounts in the food and beverage industry. You will join our Global Health & Functional Business Unit, delighting our customers with the best ingredients and ingredient solutions.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on:
Customer service and project management
Besides working closely with Key Account Managers trading and developing the best ingredient solutions for our customers, you will interact mainly with Customer Care Front Office (Order Management), Regulatory & Quality to ensure the best documentation and specifications of our ingredients to our customers, and Pricing.
Business coordination
You will manage and maintain our customer price lists in close cooperation with the key account team and pricing department, as well as with the customers. You will provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems, contributing to ensure a high perception of Givaudan’s service level. You will liaise with account managers to develop and implement activities to improve sales performance.
Data management & key user role
You will coordinate and manage commercial data management activities in your markets (Germany, Poland and SEE countries) and ensure timely and qualitative master data maintenance in line with internal procedures (monthly closing, annual baseline review). You will proactively drive maintenance of underlying data to enable accurate and fact-based decision-making, target setting, performance measurement and fair rewarding of commercial teams.

Obtained a high school diploma with a commercial degree or equivalent

5+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role

Fluency in Polish and English languages, German is an advantage

Skilled in MS Office Suite, familiarity with master data or SAP is a plus

Capable of analyzing complex data and drawing insightful conclusions, with a keen attention to detail

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
