Join our local team of Givaudan, the global leader in the Taste and Wellbeing industry, as a Sales Coordination Lead (m/f) in our vibrant Warsaw office. In this pivotal role, you will support Polish sales team and manage key accounts within the food and beverage sector.

Your efforts will help us to drive business and smoothly deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Project Management

 

  • Act as a link between the application laboratories, sales and customer to ensure smooth execution of the projects
  • Manage workload of the Sales Coordination team
  • Proactively work with the team to improve process of serving our customers

 

Systems, data management & analysis

 

  • Coordinate and manage commercial data management activities and ensure timely and qualitative master data maintenance in line with internal procedures (monthly closing, annual baseline review)
  • Pro-actively drive maintenance of underlying data to enable accurate and fact-based decision-making, target setting and performance measurement
  • Support performance management reporting and analysis
  • Support and train local sales teams and share best practices across the key user community in Poland on commercial data management tools, processes and sales management reporting
  • Coordinate implementation of Sales Support tools/systems

 

Sales Coordination – up to 40% of time

 

  • Enter and update project data in the project management system, follow up on timings with internal contributors and also with clients on Key Account Manager's demand.
  • Manage and maintain customer price lists in close cooperation with the Key Account team and Pricing department as well as with the customers
  • Ensure customers receive a professional sample package
  • Obtain all relevant regulatory documents to accompany sample package
  • Obtain all relevant information for questionnaires and product information as requested by customers
  • Troubleshoot assistance for customer orders, account statuses and problems contributing to ensure a high perception of Givaudan's service level

 

You?

 

  • High school diploma with a commercial degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years in a customer service / sales support role (B2B experience is advantageous)
  • Team management skills
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Fluency in Polish & English
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel; familiarity with Salesforce, master data, SAP is a plus
  • Capable of analysing complex data and drawing insightful conclusions
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
