Sales Support Coordinator - Your future position?
As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will assist our team in achieving business objectives. In this role, you will support the sales process by handling administrative tasks, managing samples, preparing documentation, and dealing with the customers. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of the team by being detail-oriented and proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for the sales team and customers regarding samples arrangement, documentation, and product information.
- Samples repacking and assist in the lab.
- Generate regulatory documentation upon customer request and dealing with Regulatory teams for the update of AFR (Ask me For Regulatory) service requests, including certificates.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Care, HR, finance, Marketing) to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage petty cash and communicate with internal departments / vendors to ensure all necessary payment, banking, and invoices.
- Support office administrative tasks needed for F&B.
- Keep updating contract renewal for Office Premises, Car Rental, Office Internet,
- Group Insurance & Health checkup per annual.
- Point of contact with the landlord / other vendors and to communicate with them for any issues if required.
- Manage office supplies, equipment and furniture which are needed to be maintained, replace, or need to procure a new one.
- Manage courier and track the shipment to be in time and properly delivered.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales support, administrative and business processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
- Experience with system like SAP.
- Familiarity with sales and administration processes.
- Efficient and effective communication, prompt handling the tasks and requests.
