主要職務内容：

- エバリュエーターへの事務サポート
＊エバリュエーターの指示に従ってシステム（IBIS、STARS）に登録。 
＊エバリュエーターの要求に応じてサンプルの準備をサポート 
＊ 要求に応じて日本語と英語での書類を入力 
＊必要に応じて機器のメンテナンスをサポート (VAS、アロマスニフ、会社の携帯電話など) 
＊必要に応じて、エバ アシスタントの役割をサポート (タオルの洗浄、髪の見本の準備) 、カップの準備、三角テストなど） ＊ビジターの準備サポート（レストラン、ホテル、会議室の予約、招待状の発送など）

Job Description

- Support evaluators' office work, more concretely....
* Registering into the system (IBIS, STARS) according to instructions by evaluators.
* Supporting sample preparation as required by evaluators
* Typing documents as required both in Japanese and English
* Support equipment maintenance as required (VAS, Aroma Sniff, company mobile phone etc)
* When necessary, support eva assistant role (washing towels, preparing hair swatches, preparing cups, doing triangle test etc)
* Support visitor's preparations (book restaurant, hotels, meeting rooms, sending invites etc)

* Having an interest to fragrance
* No hesitation to comunicare in English
* Good interpersonal skill
* Time punctuality
* Basic IT skill (excel, word, google)
